The simplest step required when preparing the case for handloading is to trim the case mouth, which is done capably by the Cutter Shaft of your Case Trimmer.
Even new cases have dents, irregularities and burrs at the mouth of the case. Experience shows that after cutting, the case mouth often needs deburring to remove sharp edges and can benefit from chamfering the inside and outside of the case mouth. Select either of the following case mouth conditioning tools to improve your cases:
Deburring Tool – A double-ended, multifunctional piece of equipment that can be used by hand or attached to the special Deburring Tool Base.
3-in-1 Case Mouth Cutter – This innovative product combines case trimming, inside deburring and outside deburring into one easy step. You can trim 250 to 400 cases per hour. The 3-in-1 mounts on the Original or Power Case Trimmer.
